The European Fudokan Karate Championship was held in Terme Olimia/Slovenia between May 17-19, 2024, this event was attended by 1200 athletes from 23 European states: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Austria, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Georgia, Germany, France, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Republic of Nord Macedonia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal.
Romania occupied the 1st place leading the Top 10 ranking nations with a total of 140 medals (40 gold, 40 silver and 60 bronze), accumulating a total of 666 points, 2nd place Serbia with 31 medals (15 gold, 10 silver and 6 bronze) and the 3th place Slovenia with 15 medals (4 gold, 4 silver and 7 bronze):

- 2. Serbia 31 medalii (15 – 10 -6) 173 pct.;
- 3. Slovenia 15 medalii (4 -4 -7) 70 pct.;
- 4. Poland 12 medalii (6- 1- 5) 62 pct.;
- 5. Czech Republic 10 medalii (1 2 7) 39 pct.;
- 6. Austria 8 medalii (2 -3- 3) 39 pct.;
- 7. France 5 medalii (4 -0- 1) 31 pct.;
- 8. Italy 6 medalii (1- 0- 5) 22 pct.;
- 9. North Macedonia 4 medalii (1- 2 – 1) 20 pct.;
- 10. Germany 3 medalii (0 -0 -3) 10 pct.;
Soke Prof. Dr. Ilija JORGA 10 Dan, the founder of Fudokan, declared at the official opening ceremony: “Fudokan means education. It is our duty to promote the values of fudokan karate, as a way of education for young athletes”.
